News Working Lunch Welcomes Sports Management and Strategy Consultant Viola Lough 13.03.2026
On 12 March, we were delighted to welcome Old Dolphin Viola Lough (Class of 2016) to speak at our latest Working Lunch. Viola, a management and strategy consultant specialising in the sports sector, had recently begun an exciting new role with the Women’s Super League.
In a Q&A session led by Georgia and Monica in the Lower Sixth, Viola shared insights into her career journey, her current work in the rapidly growing women’s football landscape, and the many opportunities available within the wider sports industry. The discussion ranged across key themes in women’s sport today and the expanding career pathways within the industry. Viola also spoke about the highlights of her new role, including her upcoming weekend plans at a Women’s Super League match, where she will be escorting Chelsea’s mascots, Stamford and Bridget.
It was an inspiring and informative session, and we are very grateful to Viola for returning to share her experiences and advice with our students.
