16+ Entry Joining the Sixth Form
The Sixth Form is a very exciting time at Godolphin and Latymer where we offer both the A Level and IB pathways and a myriad of opportunities for leadership responsibilities and exploration beyond the curriculum. A number of students join us every year from a range of secondary schools.
All applications for Lower Sixth entry in September 2022 must be received before noon on Wednesday 13 October; by this time candidates need to have completed both parts of the application process. First you register for the school (in cases of particular need we may be able to waive the Registration Fee; please contact the Registrar) then candidates complete the second part of the process – the Subject Choice Form which requests further details about the student’s application. The Subject Choice Form is only issued to registered candidates.
The first stage of our selection process requires students to sit a cognitive abilities test at Godolphin and Latymer on Thursday 4 November; candidates who meet the required level in the assessment will be invited for a series of structured subject interviews.
The second stage subject interviews will take place on the morning of Saturday 13 November at Godolphin and Latymer and will be with one of our subject specialists; candidates will be asked to demonstrate specific skills appropriate to their chosen subjects.
Please note that unfortunately we are unable to offer alternative dates for either the Cognitive Abilities Test or the Subject Interviews.
