News Sixth Form Bridge Support Team Helps Welcome Bridge 2026 Cohort 14.01.2026

Last Saturday, we welcomed 73 pupils from 38 primary schools to the first Saturday session of our 2026 Bridge programme. These monthly academic-enrichment sessions, for Year 5 children from state primary schools, run until November and offer classes in English and Maths alongside a variety of additional subjects taught by Godolphin and Latymer teachers. The Bridge programme also includes two workshops focussing on 11+ preparation run by Keystone Tutors and free access to the Atom Learning online platform.

During their first session, pupils met their English and Mathematics teachers – Mrs Moule, Ms Lough, Mr Longstaff-Mendoza, and Ms Virdee – and participated in Verbal and Non-Verbal reasoning lessons, delivered by our Keystone Tutors. Our next session in late January will focus on Computing and Italian and later in the term Bridge students will take part in a Debating workshop lead by the Sixth Form Debate team. The students enjoyed meeting each other for the first time and playing games out on the astroturf, despite the cold weather!

All Bridge sessions are enthusiastically supported by our Sixth Form Bridge Support Team who do a fantastic job helping the pupils to settle in and feel at ease and in helping them with their learning. Thank you to the 22 ambassadors who have volunteered to support the programme this year.
