Student Wellbeing Committee

Posted: 09/03/18

The Student Wellbeing Committee has held a lecture series over the past few weeks, beginning with “What is Mental Health” (led by Maddie Grussing and Hannah O’Keefe, LVI) and this week's topic, “Mental Health Mythbusting” (Georgia Church, UVI).

Each talk has been very well attended by both girls and staff, prompting some great discussion on this important topic. It is always fascinating to hear people’s individual opinions and perspectives on any given issue, especially as this can really help guide the Student Wellbeing Committee in their future projects.

Next week, Annabel Howell and Millie White (UVI) will be talking about goal-setting as an effective method of stress management, and why this is so important.
