News Fencing Teams Strike Gold at British Schools’ Team Competition 10.03.2026

During the first March weekend, our fencers competed in the British Schools’ Team Competition, entering five teams across two days of events. The U13 and U18 epee teams competed on Saturday, followed by the U13, U15 and U18 foil teams on Sunday.

It was an excellent weekend for the girls, who demonstrated great determination, teamwork and skill as they continued to develop their fencing ahead of next week’s Public Schools’ Fencing Competition. The competition provided a valuable opportunity to sharpen their tactics and gain competitive experience.

The teams delivered an outstanding set of results. Our U13 epee team secured a gold medal on Saturday, while Sunday brought even greater success as the U13, U15 and U18 foil teams achieved a clean sweep of gold medals.

Congratulations to all of the fencers for their impressive performances and commitment over the weekend. Their success is a fantastic achievement and provides great momentum as they prepare for the upcoming competition next week.
