News Working Lunch: Dr Moira Wong 28.03.2024

For our final Working Lunch of the year we welcomed Godolphin parent Dr Moira Wong, who spoke about some of the inspiring work she’s undertaken as an orthodontist.

With extensive training in the Dentistry and Orthodontic fields, Dr Wong has a Fellowship in orthodontics – an accreditation that just five to ten people gain in an average year. Her experience has included working as part of the trauma team at the University of Pennsylvania dealing with nightly gun-shot wounds and with the paediatric dentistry department at Bristol Dental Hospital treating special needs children. She told us about one of her busiest nights helping with the suturing of patients following a national rail crash. In her work Dr Wong addresses complicated developmental problems that lead to dental and facial surgery, having a huge impact on the lives of her patients.
