News Evensong at Jesus College, Cambridge 05.05.2022

On Tuesday, 21 members of the school’s Chamber Choir travelled to Jesus College, Cambridge, to sing choral evensong with the college choir. 

The girls were greeted by members of the choir and enjoyed a tour around the floral grounds of the college. The girls then sang choral evensong in the atmospheric candle-lit chapel, joining the SATB choir of Jesus College, with music which included Brewer’s Magnificat and Nunc Dimitis and Faure’s Cantique de Jean Racine. Many Godolphin parents, as well as a number of Old Dolphins, were able to attend and the girls all had a fantastic experience. We hope to be able to visit again next year.
