News Careers Discovery Event 07.02.2020

Girls and their families from Year 10 to the Upper Sixth attended the Careers Discovery event on Thursday evening.

The delegates, mostly made up of Old Dolphins and current parents from a huge variety of exciting professions, demonstrated the wide range of opportunities our current students have at their fingertips. The girls and their parents darted between talks on visual effects, to law, to medicine, to marketing. Others listened to fascinating insights into financial markets, the veterinary profession and the world of psychotherapy. The world of fashion and entrepreneurship, architecture, events production and audio broadcasting were illustrated to fascinated audiences. The girls were full of questions for our guest speakers, and with many of them being Old Dolphins and current parents, there was a fantastic atmosphere and there was a sense of the strength of the school community.

We are incredibly indebted to those who took part, as we know we cannot run such events without the generosity of our parents and Old Dolphins. Should there be parents who would like to contribute in the future, please use the below form to register interest as your help is invaluable and so appreciated by the whole school community.
