News Year 7 Trip to the Science Museum and Natural History Museum 12.06.2025

On Friday 6 June the whole of Year 7 headed off to nearby Kensington for their Science trip. 76 students went to the Natural History Museum, and 52 went to the Science Museum. The trip was planned as research and preparation for their upcoming cross-curricular sciences project. They enjoyed exploring the different ways in which museums can make science engaging for young people, through exhibitions and interactivity. Highlights at the Natural History Museum included the Earthquakes and Volcanos exhibit, while students at the Science Museum particularly liked the interactive exhibit about potential careers as Science Technicians or Engineers.
