News Debating Teams Make the Point at South Hampstead High School 25.06.2025

Debating at Godolphin is very popular across all the year-groups and girls develop valuable skills in oracy and argument whilst also enjoying competing against teams from other schools. Last Monday, for example, three teams attended the termly competition run by South Hampstead High School. One of our Year 9 teams won all three of their rounds, thus sharing in first place. The other two teams each won two of their three rounds. We are also putting together a team of dedicated debaters to attend an event run by the organisers of Team England on the Saturday after the end of term. Good luck to our brilliant debaters who will be taking on teams from other countries.
