The recent Art and Design Exhibition was a remarkable occasion dedicated to celebrating the talent and dedication of our Upper Sixth A Level artists, who have now completed the final year of their Fine Art course. This annual event provides a platform for students to showcase the culmination of their creative efforts and artistic development.

The exhibition featured a captivating range of works, encompassing various mediums such as photography, relief-printmaking, painting, and broadly interpreted approaches to drawing as well as three-dimensional design. It was inspiring to see how the students had pushed the boundaries of their chosen techniques, demonstrating not only technical skill but also remarkable originality, creativity and imagination. Each sketchbook revealed a deeply personal and thoughtful investigative process, which culminated in stunning final artworks.

The exhibition was a fantastic opportunity for the students to celebrate their achievements and hard work with family, friends, and members of the school community accompanied by some delicious canapés and refreshments.
