We currently seek to appoint a suitably skilled, experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to provide outstanding support to our Senior Deputy Head (Pastoral) and our Deputy Head (Academic).

Applicants must have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.  They must be personable, approachable, responsive and accommodating and should be able to work with frequent disruptions.  The post-holder will need to work well as part of a team and must also be able to work autonomously.  They will need to be able to think on their feet, whilst following strict procedures and tight timescales.  Attention to detail is vital in this highly varied role.

This is a full time all-year-round position and the core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.  A degree of flexibility is required to suits the needs of the role.  The post attracts 28 days annual leave, to be taken during school holidays only.  The salary will be commensurate with the post and will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the appointed candidate.  This is a permanent position and the start date will be confirmed on the completion of all required pre-employment checks.
