We seek to appoint a skilled and dynamic Development Manager to facilitate the day-to-day activities of the Development Office, working closely with our Director of Development and our Development Assistant.
The Development Manager supports the Director of Development in delivering a comprehensive fundraising programme and encouraging lifelong engagement and support of the School. The post-holder plays a key role in fundraising and development activities, as well as being involved in all aspects of the Development Office’s work. They are responsible for updating, maintaining and analysing the Development Office’s database and for building a prospect pool by forging and managing excellent relationships with donors and prospects.
Applicants must be highly personable, engaging and have an awareness of the requirements within our community. The Development Manager needs to be able to work collaboratively within the team and they must have the experience required to lead on smaller projects.

This is a permanent and full time position and the hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday year-round, with occasional evening/weekend work required. The post attracts 28 days annual leave.
The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.
