Mental Health and ResilienceWellbeing and Happiness
Our focus on the mental health and wellbeing of our students underpins all aspects of school life and we run initiatives to encourage girls to become resilient, maintain a positive outlook, embrace challenges and combat the fear of failure that can be a significant inhibitor to girls fulfilling their potential. We aim to develop a positive and “can do” spirit within the school community through a range of talks and cross-year activities that help students bounce back from failure and tackle unfamiliar and difficult challenges with confidence. Every year we run specific activities to coincide with World Mental Health Day in October and Children’s Mental Health Week in February.
