Studying in Scotland Talk for Lower Sixth Students

Posted: 24/05/19

On Thursday we were delighted to welcome Lauren Sandeman from St Andrews University to give a talk to Lower Sixth students on studying in Scotland. Lauren, who is part of the university admissions team, spoke at length on life at St Andrews (which included reference to the traditional red academic gown and pier walk), the admissions process, the flexibility and structure of the 'four-year experience' which allows you to study multiple subjects during the course of the degree and the many social and sporting opportunities on offer at the oldest university in Scotland.

Godolphin and Latymer applications to Scottish universities have been high in past years and the popularity of this talk suggests this will continue!
