All fees are charged termly in advance. From 1st September 2010 the following apply:
Registration Fee (non-returnable) £75

Tuition Fee
£5,175 per term (from January 2011).
The tuition fee includes textbooks, stationery, public examination fees and visits out of school for whole year groups. No reduction is made in the case of absence from school, but the school does offer a School Fees Insurance Scheme which provides parents with cover against the loss of fees in the case of injury or illness. Personal Accident and BUPA medical insurance are also available. Further details are available from the Bursar.
For girls entering the school, a deposit of £1000 is required on acceptance of a place. £100 of this is held by the school to defray the cost of lost text books etc. and the balance is refunded at the end of the girl's career in the school. The remaining £900 is deducted from the final term's bill. School fees are collected by direct debit on the first day of each term. Staged fee payments are available via Holmwoods Term time Collections.

Speech and Drama Lessons (10 per term) £80 per term
Lunch £3.35 per day
Whilst the Governors try to keep the school fees as low as possible, they do reserve the right to increase them. Parents will be advised in writing of any such increases at least a term ahead of the increase taking effect.
A penalty charge is made for the late payment of school fees. If payment is not received by the second day of term a charge of £50 is levied. For each further week the fees remain unpaid, an additional £25 is charged. The charges will be added to the forthcoming term's bill. In cases of hardship the Bursar will normally agree alternative payment arrangements provided she is approached before the start of term.
Parents are asked to give a full term's notice in writing to the Bursar if lunches or extra subjects are to be discontinued.
